Salon Cancellation Policies

 Earthtone Salon requires the following notice periods for cancellations and rescheduling.

To reschedule your booked appointment, kindly provide at least a 48-25 hour notice.

 Pre Payment Notice :

These policies are intended to avoid pre-payments or deposits and to compensate for the time reserved. Clients with repeated cancellations, however, may be required to pre-pay 25-100% of booked service for future appointments.

 

24-Hour or less Policy:

For cancellations or rescheduling notices made with 24 hours or less, 25-50% of the booked service cost is subject to be charged.

No-Show Policy:
If you do not show up for your appointment and have not provided any notice, 50-100% of the booked service cost is subject to be charged.

 It’s understood that emergencies and unforeseen situations can occur, if you encounter an exceptional circumstance, please contact Juliette as soon as possible to accommodate your situation.
